Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The “Gather Round at Aston Hills” competition run in partnership with Rivergum Homes (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is open to residents of South Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees of Rivergum Homes and their close relatives, employees of Lanser and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

2. Entry Period: The Competition will open at 9:00 AM ACDT on March 19, 2024, and will close at 12:00 PM ACDT on April 2, 2024.

3. How to Enter: To enter the ‘Gather Round at Aston Hills’ competition, participants must tag a friend or family member whom they would like to invite to their viewing party if they win in the comments section of the competition posts on Aston Hills or Rivergum Homes Facebook or Instagram social media accounts. Additionally, participants must share the post to their own social media account. Unlimited competition entries per person are accepted.

4. Prize Details: The prize includes a private party to view the Sydney Swans vs West Coast Eagles Gather Round 24 match on April 6, 2024 at the Rivergum Homes Lenswood display home located in the Aston Hills display village in Mount Barker, South Australia. The prize is for a viewing party of 5 people only and includes a gourmet BBQ cooked by the Rivergum team, beverages, and the opportunity to watch the match on a LG OLED Evo C3 65 inch 4k Smart TV from Harvey Norman. The television is also included as part of the prize and will be delivered to the winning entrant’s nominated home address on Sunday 7 April. The Lenswood Display Home will be open for the winners at 12.00 PM ACDT on Saturday 6 April 2024 and the winners must leave the Display Home by 4.30 PM ACDT on Saturday 6 April 2024.

5. Conditions: Rivergum Homes is offering their display home for the viewing party, and winners must ensure no damage is done to the property. Winners must adhere to the rules and guidance provided by the staff hosting the party, including refraining from using the toilet in the home (which is not functional). A functional toilet is available just 20 meters away at the Aston Hills Sales Centre. Beer will be served at the event for consumption by adults only.

6. Winner Selection: The winners will be selected by the Rivergum and Lanser teams on April 2, 2024. Winners will be notified by 5:00 PM ACDT on April 2, 2024, via direct message on the social media platform used for entry. Additionally, we will respond to the winner’s comment on the competition post to inform them of their win. The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize; otherwise, an alternate winner may be selected.

  1. General Conditions: The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Rivergum and Lanser reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. The winner is required to provide the names, ages and dietary requirements of the family members they will enjoy the experience with to Lanser and Rivergum. In this competition, the term “family” encompasses individuals of any age who are considered family members, as well as close friends. The winner must provide their home address (which must be in South Australia and within Harvey Norman’s delivery boundary) to Lanser and Rivergum for the delivery of the TV on Sunday, April 7th 2024. The winner must be available at their nominated address on Sunday, April 7th 2024, to accept the delivery. The TV prize will be an LG OLED Evo C3 65 inch 4k Smart TV. Additionally, the winner is required to provide their best phone number and email address to Lanser and Rivergum for the sole purpose of the competition organisers having the ability to contact them in readiness for the game day.

8. Governing Law: The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

9. Entry into the Competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
