Our sub-base is down in The Village Release Seven and the roads are taking shape.
We look forward to updating you when asphalting commences!
‘Benched & Retained’ allotments have a level building pad provided making it easier for your builder. ‘Retaining’ is the retaining walls provided between you and your neighbour. The cost of this is included in the allotment price as advertised. Note that not all lots are the same and details should be confirmed with your sales agent for each allotment.
