Terms & Conditions

If residential land at Aston Hills, Mount Barker is purchased with Lanser Realty as the sole real estate agent, the purchaser/s of that land is/are eligible for one (1) 12 month complimentary membership at the Aston Hills Golf Club per block of land purchased. The purchaser becomes eligible for membership upon settlement of said land. The 12 month term for membership commences upon registration with the Aston Hills Golf Club and terminates one (1) calendar year from registration. Complimentary membership under this agreement cannot be renewed. The purchaser may choose to forgo their entitlement to membership and designate that right to a member of their immediate family, who resides at the purchased land. Designation must occur prior to any eligible membership being registered with the Aston Hills Golf Club. Tenants at Aston Hills are not eligible for complimentary membership unless the purchaser/s designates the tenant who resides at the relevant land this right, and the tenant is an immediate family member of the eligible purchaser. Once designation has occurred, the membership is non-transferrable. Once Lanser has verified the eligibility of membership, management of membership is the responsibility of the member and the Aston Hills Golf Club.
