Aston Hills: A Community Built Around Trees and Green Spaces

At Aston Hills, our commitment to preserving the natural environment is woven into every aspect of our urban design. If you live at Aston Hills, or you have visited our parks and playgrounds, you will have noticed the beautiful mature trees in our green spaces…

At Aston Hills we have adjusted street lines to preserve existing trees.

At Lanser, tree retention is a fundamental aspect of our urban design philosophy. Our team strives to incorporate mature trees into our developments whenever possible, and at Aston Hills, we have adjusted street layouts to preserve these natural assets, and we designed our mountain bike trail park around a beautiful selection of mature trees on site.

Swinley Close has been designed around a beautiful mature tree.

Where our streets are designed around mature trees, those roads are built on a ballast base allowing the tree roots to “breathe”.

Beyond retaining existing trees, we plant hundreds of new trees in each development, enhancing street landscapes, parks, and reserves. This commitment to maintaining and expanding tree canopies helps reduce heat load, encourages biodiversity, and ensures a green legacy for future generations.

Our mountain bike trail at Aston Hills was designed to preserve the beautiful mature trees on site.
