Welcome to Aston Hills!
In 2024 our team at Aston Hills will commence work on a new entry statement on the corner of Springs Road and Heysen Boulevard to welcome everyone and create a sense of arrival at this entry to our development.
New Additions to the Aston Hills Shopping Centre
Our team has been working hard behind the scenes and we’re ready to welcome some new exciting tenants to the Aston Hills Shopping Centre in 2024. We will share these announcements with you ASAP – watch this space!
New Water Feature Coming Soon
Work has commenced on the landscaping of a new water feature in our Maplewood precinct. Located next to our popular mountain bike park, this water feature will be a perfect new picnic destination in Aston Hills. We look forward to updating you on this project in 2024.
Gather Round 2024
We are thrilled to see the return of Gather Round to the Summit Sport and Recreation Park in 2024! The Summit will host two games this year – Sydney’s clash with West Coast at 1pm on Saturday, 6 April and Gold Coast v Greater Western Sydney at 12pm on Sunday, 7 April. We look forward to celebrating Gather Round at Aston Hills – stay tuned for details.
New Precincts Planned
In 2024 we have two brand new precincts planned at Aston Hills! From The Pinnacle to The Village, The Range and Maplewood we love planning and launching new precincts as our masterplan takes shape. We can’t wait to reveal more about these two very different precinct as the year unfolds. Can you guess where they might be?
New Lanser Living homes
We’re excited to launch some brand new Lanser Living home designs at Aston Hills in 2024. Keep an eye on our Homes for Sale page along with your emails and our socials for some exciting announcements this year!
Community Events
We had a ball in 2023 planning a series of fun community events, and we look forward to hosting even more of these events in 2024. We will be announcing these events on Facebook and Instagram so please follow us to stay in the loop.
