We’re excited to share some construction updates from Pine Valley – our premium new precinct within Aston Hills.

Exciting news! In Pine Valley Release 1, the team from Diverse Civil have successfully completed the kerbing and asphalt work.

New land releases will be coming soon at this popular precinct in Aston Hills.

The area is shaping up beautifully, and the retaining wall construction is currently ongoing.

All allotments in Pine Valley at Aston Hills enjoy a premium location within our masterplan.

Additionally, we are pleased to announce that footpath construction will commence shortly, further enhancing the connectivity and walkability of this lovely precinct.

This precinct enjoys direct access to the freeway interchange, making trips to the city easy.

Civil works have officially commenced on site for Pine Valley Release 2. Bulk earthworks are actively progressing, setting the foundation for future homes and amenities. We are also gearing up to start sewer construction soon.
