Construction Update: Pine Valley at Aston Hills
We’re excited to share the latest construction updates from Pine Valley at Aston Hills. Our team alongside the crew from Diverse Civil have been working hard to bring this beautiful new precinct to life. Here’s a detailed look at what’s happening in both Release 1 and Release 2 at Pine Valley.
Release 1: Nearing Completion
Our first release at Pine Valley is almost complete! We’re down to the final stages with just the remaining retaining works and site cleanup left to finish. The titling process has already commenced, marking a significant milestone as we get closer to welcoming our first residents.
We’re incredibly pleased with how this stage has turned out and can’t wait to see the first homes start construction soon. If you haven’t submitted your encumbrance applications yet, now is the perfect time to do so. This ensures everything is in order for a smooth transition to building your dream home.
Release 2: Progressing Steadily
Release 2 at Pine Valley is also making great strides. Bulk earthworks and sewer installation are both largely completed. Work on reticulated water has commenced, and stormwater construction is set to begin in the coming fortnight.
As Release 1 nears settlement, we’re excited to welcome more residents to our growing community.
