The slab has been poured in the Cellarbrations tenancy, our car park is ready for bitumen and landscaping, and roofing is progressing rapidly. We have several milestones that are expected to be met in coming weeks, including the slab being poured in the Drakes tenancy and more pre-cast panels due for delivery this week.

We’re also thrilled that the centre is now over 50% leased, with tenancy announcements to be made shortly. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming weeks. Many thanks to one of our residents Matt Ward for the drone imagery of our progress!
