We’re thrilled to announce a jam-packed calendar of events at Aston Hills these October School Holidays, with something for kids of all ages. Mark your calendars and get ready for some family fun!

Family Fun Day at the Aston Hills Shopping Centre
Location: Aston Hills Shopping Centre
Date: Tuesday, 1 October 2024
Time: 9:30am – 2:00pm
This is a day of fun for all ages! Here’s what we have planned:
Words Grow Minds Session: 9:30am (For kids 18 months – 3 years) with the Mount Barker Community Library. Please reserve your spot for this session here.
Story Time Session: 10:30am (For kids under 5) with the Mount Barker Community Library. Please reserve your spot for this session here.
Free Face Painting: 10:30am – 12:30pm
Roving Magician: 10:00am – 12:00pm
Quiet Reading Corner: Open all day with free books and sensory activities
Animals Anonymous Visit: 12:00pm – 2:00pm
Mount Barker RSL Sausage Sizzle: 11:00am – 2:00pm
It’s going to be an action-packed day with plenty of entertainment!
Junior Golf Clinics at the Aston Hills Shopping Centre
Dates: Thursday 3 October 2024 to Friday 10 October 2024

Location: Aston Hills Golf Club
Cost: $15 per child
These clinics have been designed for 6-11 year olds and 12-17 year olds, however any children under 18 are welcome. Don’t worry if you don’t have your own clubs— the club will provide them for free! Plus, parents can enjoy a free coffee during the morning session or a free glass of wine at the bar in the Clubhouse during the afternoon sessions courtesy of Howards Vineyards and The Lane winery. Junior Mountain Bike Clinics at the Aston Hills Shopping Centre
Date: Thursday, 3 October 2024
Location: Aston Hills Mountain Bike Park
Age Group: 10-14 year olds
Cost: $20 per child
Whether your child is a beginner or an intermediate rider, these mountain bike clinics are designed to build confidence and skills. These classes are proudly co-sponsored by Aston Hills and the Mount Barker District Council.
